Mr. James Edemor Vondee
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. James Edemor Vondee is a seasoned finance, audit, and business executive with a strong academic and professional background in accounting, finance, corporate governance, and entrepreneurship. He holds a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance and has attained the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA) Level 2 Qualification, demonstrating a solid foundation in financial management, auditing, and strategic decision-making.
With extensive experience in the insurance sector, Mr. Vondee served as the Acting Head of Internal Audit at Ghana Life Insurance Company Ltd., where he provided leadership in risk management, internal controls, compliance monitoring, and corporate governance. His expertise in auditing and financial oversight has contributed to strengthening organizational accountability and operational efficiency.
Beyond his corporate experience, Mr. Vondee is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader. He is the Chief Executive Officer of E-GEDY LTD, a leading logistics and supply company, where he oversees strategic growth, operational excellence, and business development initiatives. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of FES FinalBuild Innovate Ltd, a construction and infrastructure development company committed to delivering innovative and sustainable building solutions.
Mr. Vondee combines analytical expertise with practical leadership skills, enabling him to bridge finance, technology, logistics, and construction sectors effectively. His professional interests include financial innovation, operational optimization, risk management, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development. Manager and IT Project Lead
Roosevelt Hervie is a results-driven Information Technology professional, Health Informatician, and Full-Stack Software Developer with over a decade of experience delivering innovative technology solutions across healthcare, education, banking, and regulatory sectors. He holds a Master's degree in Health Informatics and has extensive expertise in software development, database administration, project management, systems analysis, and digital transformation.
Throughout his career, he has successfully led and supported the implementation of health information systems, including serving as an IT consultant for USAID to strengthen infrastructure for the rollout of the SORMAS surveillance platform across the Ghana Health Service and the Ministry of Health.
His technical expertise spans programming, database, and cloud-based application development. He enjoys systems design, building scalable solutions, and applying artificial intelligence to solve real-world challenges.
Beyond software development, he is passionate about STEM education, digital skills training, and mentoring the next generation of technology professionals. He actively develops practical learning programs that prepare students and professionals with industry-relevant skills in programming and data science.

Engineer Amoah is a versatile Electronics Engineer with practical expertise in electronics systems design, embedded systems development, technical troubleshooting, renewable energy technologies, automation systems, technical report writing, and engineering innovation. With a strong hands-on background in both technical operations and practical education, he has built broad experience in product development, electrical systems servicing, smart technology integration, and technical documentation.
Known for his strong analytical mindset and strategic approach to problem-solving, Engineer Amoah is a systems thinker who excels at identifying challenges, analyzing root causes, and developing practical, scalable engineering solutions. His ability to think critically and innovate beyond conventional methods allows him to contribute effectively to technical development and project execution.
His professional experience covers the installation, repair, servicing, and maintenance of electronic and electrical systems, including inverter systems, power supply units, battery systems, control systems, and automation devices. He possesses strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills, enabling efficient troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of various engineering systems.
As part of the engineering and innovation team at De'FES STEM Limited, Engineer Amoah contributes to the research, design, and development of practical engineering solutions in smart systems, renewable energy, security technologies, and STEM-focused innovation projects. Working collaboratively with the team, he supports the development and execution of projects such as smart energy metering systems, intelligent power extension systems, biometric attendance systems, gas leakage detection systems, wireless charging technologies, smart home automation systems, and solar-powered engineering solutions.
Beyond his engineering role, Engineer Amoah actively facilitates STEM training programs under De'FES STEM Limited, where he supports the delivery of practical learning in electronics, engineering fundamentals, embedded systems, renewable energy, AutoCAD, PCB design, troubleshooting, and product development. His contribution to STEM education reflects his commitment to building technical competence and inspiring innovation among students and young engineers.
Engineer Amoah is also highly skilled in technical report writing, engineering documentation, and project reporting. Ms. Emmanuella Afrakomah
School Administrator
Ms. Emmanuella Afrakomah is a passionate education leader with over 8 years of experience in teaching, academic coordination, and school administration. She is committed to creating a learning environment where every child feels valued, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Studies and Psychology from the University of Ghana. Her background in psychology gives her deep insight into how children learn and grow, while her training in information studies helps her build organized systems for academic records, communication, and school operations.
Ms. Afrakomah is skilled in delivering both the GES & EYFS Curricula ensuring that lessons meet national standards while also supporting early years development through play, exploration, and inquiry.
Her teaching journey includes key roles at reputable institutions. She served as Class Tutor for Grade 6 at Star Avenue School. At Kings College, she was Class Tutor for Grade 9, where she prepared her students for the BECE Examination while mentoring them academically and socially. She also worked at Top Accountancy College as an Integrated Science Tutor for SHS 3 WASSCE candidates, preparing students for the 2025 examinations with focused lessons, practice, and exam strategies.
At De'FES STEM, Ms. Afrakomah oversees daily academic activities, supports teachers with lesson planning, professional development and ensuring high standards in teaching and learning. She is dedicated to STEM education, promoting hands-on, inquiry-based learning that builds critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills in students.
As a former classroom teacher, she understands the importance of patience, clear communication, and practical examples in helping children succeed in Math and Science. She works closely with parents, staff, and students to build a culture of excellence, discipline, and innovation.
Ms. Afrakomah's vision is to prepare students at De'FES STEM to be confident, curious, and capable leaders of tomorrow. She believes that with the right guidance, every child can become an innovator and a problem-solver for Ghana and the world.

Miss Linda Amoni
Part-Time Tutor
Linda Amoni is an education and communications professional currently serving as an Assistant Director II with the Ghana Education Service (GES) and a teacher at Labone Senior High School, where she has been since 2021. She is passionate about education, communication, youth development, entrepreneurship, and community engagement.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language Education from the University of Education, Winneba, and a Master of Arts (M.A) in Development Communication from the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ). She is currently awaiting admission to pursue a second master's degree (MPhil) at the University of Education, Winneba.
In addition to her role at Labone Senior High School, Linda has served as a Part-Time Tutor at De'FES STEM LTD since 2022, teaching English Language and Elective Literature during Remedial and Vacation School sessions.
She also serves as a School Project Coordinator with the Ghana Commission for UNESCO, contributing to educational initiatives, youth empowerment programmes, and community development projects at Labone Senior High School.
Beyond education and communications, Linda is an entrepreneur and the founder of Vows and Hues Events, an event management and planning business established in 2025. Through Vows and Hues Events, she combines creativity, organisation, and attention to detail to create memorable and impactful events.
Her professional interests include education, communication, project coordination, leadership development, entrepreneurship, and social impact.
